Retreats
Planning a retreat can be a real challenge. One has to decide what the purpose of the retreat is, where the event will occur, who will speak, and what kind of activities will be available.
Your retreat is important and we know that at San Marcos. Whether you are planning a Church Family Camp or a Men’s Retreat, we want to help you along the way. If your retreat will be for a College aged group or if it’s for your Leadership. We want to make your retreat the best it can be.
Some factors to consider:
The food must be great. If people are complaining about the quality of the food, it will affect the quality of the retreat experience. At San Marcos, we work hard at making sure that the food is specifically tailored to your retreat.
The Accommodation must be comfortable. If people are complaining about the accommodations, that too affect the quality of the retreat experience. At San Marcos, we’ll make sure that everyone is warm and cozy in one of our 16 cabins. All you’ll hear in the morning is the sound of the creek and the wind through the trees.
The Activities must be numerous and fun. At San Marcos, we have lots of activities to choose from and we’ll work with you to provide just the right blend of fun alongside the purpose of your retreat. Again, if people don’t have anything to do during their free time, and they happen to get bored, it affects the quality of your retreat.
At San Marcos, we do retreats. We want to work with you to help put together the best retreat possible. Please call to discuss the options and we know you won't be disappointed.
