Summer positions are seasonal, onsite jobs with room and board provided. The summer season is from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
We require that staff be 18 years of age or older and a high school graduate or equivalent. Room and Board Included!
About Santa Barbara Christian Camp
Santa Barbara Christian Camp is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization focused on Christ-centered ministry. We are a 150-acre site located in the beautiful Santa Barbara mountains surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest, only 25 minutes from the central California coast.
Our primary goal is to see our campers come to know, in a real and personal way, the saving grace of Jesus Christ. It is our passion to see lives changed!
Who we are looking for
We are constantly searching for dedicated individuals who are passionate about serving Christ and helping others. Our goal at Santa Barbara Camp is to inspire change in people's lives and lead them to the message of God's love.
Our team is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including dishwashing, cabin cleaning, lifeguarding, rock climbing, surfing, counseling, and organizing retreats. Each activity we engage in is designed to encourage campers to learn about God's love and apply it to their lives.
By joining our ministry team, you become part of a community of like-minded believers who strive to become more like Jesus every day. We are here to celebrate your triumphs, support you through your struggles, and help you grow in your spiritual journey.
